Initial discussions with Austin Energy indicates they are interested in the ISEEBI program when we get to Phase II. Meanwhile, I think we can learn something from their efforts.

We might add this to our activities list, assuming we have a webcam with the available computers. I know I’ll try this at home this weekend with my new web cam and report on the results.
